You cannot remain or become strong through exercise alone, or diet alone, or rest and sleep alone. He is down to earth and very basic. I've tried to read other John Connolly books n haven't been able to get through them. I thought this would be the same: I'd read it, consider quitting, and yet not managing to quit.This book is really different. Believe it or not, it really does tie into the rest of the book.. When conducting my research for a publication on Asperger Syndrome a few years ago I wish I had this information to refer to.
