Professor Bonner has done an admirable job in writing this thoroughly researched and definitive biography which will serve as a highly dependable reference work for future researchers. This no nonsense book has been an invaluable source of exercises and information for training (especially trouble spots) without the use of gym equiptment. If you wanna quit using meth, you should buy this book. I was quite disappointed when I received the book. I just hope for the next book there will be actual progress in the series.. Mason.
