Reading "The Ark Before Noah" makes you feel like you're in a comfortable armchair in a book-lined study. Bought for my husband, he loves it and reads it all the time! I can't really comment on the content as my husband is the one who reads it.. It is written in a friendly language although the written structure needs to be fix, still it is understandable and fun. This is certainly how I had always looked upon the disease but as she took me through several years and the different phases of Walter's life the circumstances became clearer in a fascinating way. The book is a detailed account of Janet's time spent with her father-in-law Walter, who had Alzheimer's disease. I bought this book for myself, because my son has a severe feeding disorder. While reading, however, I kept thinking that they just may have missed the mark. The author comes with impecable credentials..
