We first learned of this book, and John Lithgow as an author, as part of the 2009 America's Biggest Bedtime Story [] a special awareness project in conjunction with the BookIT! program which promotes literacy and reading in gradeschoolers. We, my students and I, love this book. Two things make this book a winner for me:- A previous review indicated that much of the guidance provided in this book is applicable to negotiating, in general, and that the author adapts the guidance for negotiating salary, in particular. This is a powerful and moving story, and a reminder of how necessary it is that we don't take things at face value. At least one letter included in this volume refutes this criticism. Then they get in a fight. Publishing this 90 page pamphlet at almost $27 is insane.I really appreciate the effort. It adds nothing to it and is greatly distracting to the entire subject matter and causes an allergic reaction in all those who do not share your conservative religious affectations.All in all this book is a well done work, with many insights and with a easy to understand style and a freshman comprehens
