Obviously a political narrative cleverly disguised and Stand By Me. This book fills many gaps in the history of the hotel industry as well as that of the railroad industry as both were dependent upon the other. Now, that's not necessarily a bad thing, but I paid for three separate CD-ROMs (with three different ISBNumbers) and could have bought only one. I didn't want to lose the 50-some days I had sober. I used this textbook as undergraduate, and had sold it to the bookstore. Brazil, for example, is the biggest orange juice producer in the world so I thought it would be mentioned, along with other places like the United States and Mediterranean countries.. Thereafter he becomes principal of his own highly successful preparatory school. There is still time.The author really takes you through the destructive folly of ignoring common sense economics throughout the past 150 years. Really enjoyed this book. Happily it is very few and far between and
