Interesting and revealing.. He was totally engulfed in the great causes of early Greenpeace: the whales and seals, the nuclear testing. Many important aircraft systems are skimmed over in a couple paragraphs, while the section on post-war racing Mustangs goes on for eight pages.There are plenty of nice photographs, including a nicely done photographic essay on the restoration of P-51D 44-13521 "Marinell," and the stories of wartime P-51 pilots were interesting to read. With a light, easy-to-read style, he argues the case for people being the ultimate critical success factor and the need for organisations to recognise this fact. I've loved rooting for Audrey and Princess!. I almost got the plot twist at the end. This is my favorite kind of nonfiction title, and it's already been devoured by two other members of my family.Mention must be made of the incredible illustrations that accompany the text by Briony Morrow-Cribbs. The book's implications go far beyond "industrial" systems(though people interested in the dynamics of businesses won't be disappointed). I look forward to seeing more from this author..
