Folks from that time period will enjoy the many song titles mentioned. One fat bomb with so many carbs will definitely kick me out of ketosis. Great book, very informative. I did the same with a relative who was obnoxious and self-aggrandizing at the table; although I had known him since adolescence, alcoholism as an explanation of his behaviors had never before occurred to me. So, overall, I am reasonably happy with what I got - I just wish they were clear that I was buying the same thing over and over.So, by all means, buy it if you are interested - just buy one copy.. This book is the "Bible" of all handgun stopping power studies. The break down of muscle groups and exercises for each is very informative.. I found this volume a useful reference. This places demands on Elizabeth and, thus on Darcy. Some of these cards, most likely the linens, were slightly grainy as they are notoriously difficult to reproduce. I really wanted to love
